Got my Annual Appraisal at work tomorrow.
Already had my Pay Review last week (= utter shite), and that was the only bit I was bothered about.
Got this stupid “Pre-Appraisal Form” to fill in, which I haven’t touched yet. Various questions, goals, self-scoring of different categories. All a load of crap IMO.
Bah.
