OK, so, update since my last entries.
Erm.
Had my birthday almost two weeks ago. Getting closer to 30 now…
Went out the night before, with work people (as it was a normal Wednesday night).
Had the day itself off work (the Thursday), plus the day after, as did Ally.
We saw “Children of Men” at the cinema, & went for dinner at Al Casbah. Very good film, & very nice meal.
Went out with LLoyd, Rich, & Rob on the Saturday of that week. Saw “An Inconvenient Truth” at the Arts PictureHouse cinema, had some drinks & went to Pizza Express. Again, a good movie & a good night.
Didn’t really do much last week. Stayed in on Wednesday, & didn’t go out at the weekend. Spent too much money recently.
Had last Friday off work though. Lots of holiday to use up. Spent the day watching the new “Battlestar Galactica”. It’s actually really good, much better than the old one (although I do still like the old one).
We finally moved work premises last week. Only gone two units along, which is handy. Still loads of stuff to sort out though, & still a lot of stuff that surely should’ve been finished/sorted before we moved.
And work still sucks.
Not got round to doing anything about that recently. Been using free time to watch stuff, so not got around to doing any more C# still. Have updated my CV though, & stuck it online on Monster now, as well as NewScientistJobs. Also getting the job emails from those two sites plus Jobs.ac.uk.
Finally got a date for the Small Claims thing against the twat of a former landlord. Mid November. Unfortunately in High Wycombe though, not Cambridge. Lots to prepare for it still. Agh.
