Well, I had my 3rd Kung Fu intro session on Monday, & it actually turned into a full 90min lesson in the main class. Very good. Did some “Lat-sau” stuff.
Went straight to WT’s after work on Weds, for about 90mins of pool, then nipped over the road for my second full KF lesson. Started learning the “Siu-Nim-Tao”, which is the first form you learn in this particular type of Kung Fu (WingTsun).

It’s part of the NWTO-GB (National WingTsun Organisation of Great Britain), which is part of the EWTO (European WingTsun Organisation), which in turn is part of the IWTA (International WingTsun Association).
Out with Rob & Tim H on Friday night, to the “Light Bar”. Not too bad a place, but a bit small.
Went to “Mickey Flynn’s” last night with Tom & a couple of his mates, for a few hours of pool & beer.
Oh, & yesterday was 6 months to the day since I last had sex, a ha ha ha, when I saw Kat in Jersey for the weekend. Fuck. Or rather, no fuck. It’s also been just over 5 months since the very last time I saw Kathryn, & so just over 5 months since I last, erm, did anything else. And it’s now around 4 & a half months since Kathryn & I broke up, & so also 4 & a half months since we last spoke to each other.
*sigh*
Still, it is getting better though. No way anywhere near as bad as it was initially. But it does suck.
