Well……
Had loads of people viewing the house last week.
Picked three people. They all seem nice & normal etc. (I hope!).
Two have already moved most of their stuff in, & are moving in fully from Tuesday, while the 3rd is moving in on Wednesday.
Be good to not be alone in the house! It’s been very strange since the others left.
So who did you go with? How did you decide who the lucky 3 would be? Any pics, or would that be wierd, (their new housemate taking pics!!! lol

For a start, I immediately discarded all the students who responded to my ad (they don’t pay council tax, which would mean I’d have to pay more!).
Out of the people who viewed the rooms, and were definitely interested, I just tried to pick the ones who seemed the most, well, nice & normal. People I thought I’d get on well with. I hope I chose well…
