Spoke to the landlord earlier this week. He says they’re definitely taking the house off the market, & that they would be very happy for me to stay on, as long as I could find 3 people to share with.
I said definitely!
I’d rather stay here, & find more people, than continue hunting for somewhere else, & end up living somewhere too far out of town, or too expensive, and so on. Also means I get a bit of choice in who I share with.
Put an ad up on the Brett Ward accommodation website, & have already had loads on replies.
Two viewings yesterday, & four today. A few have already said they are definitely interested, & would actually want one of the rooms. One even said they’d take the small room.
More viewings Sunday & Monday, & I hope to make a decision soon.
