Everyone was woken up at 10:20am this morning by the landlord, phoning us to say that someone would be coming round to view the house at 11am…great, cheers for the notice :rolleyes:
They came round, looked at it, didn’t seem too impressed, & left.
Oh well.
Phoned the landlord this afternoon, asking him if I could view his other house (he’s got another house he rents out, & it’s currently empty & being done up – he’s said before that he’d let any of us rent a room there after we move out of this place). Went round there, & it didn’t seem too bad. At least it means I have a fall back option if I can’t find anywhere better.
